Track My Order

Small packages ship with DPD. You get an automatic email with a tracking number once your package is scanned at the depot.

What to expect

  1. An automated email with your tracking number and status updates.
  2. Next day delivery, Monday to Friday, on orders placed before 2pm.
  3. Two delivery attempts before the package comes back to the depot.

If it has not arrived

  1. Give it until the second day. The vast majority land next day.
  2. From the third day, contact the courier directly with your tracking number.
  3. If it is still missing after four days, email sales@sacks.ie and we will escalate it for you.

Bales and pallets

Large bales and pallets ship with The Pallet Network rather than the parcel service, and are tracked separately.
