A printed bulk bag does two jobs. It carries a tonne of sand, stone, grain or feed, and it puts your name in front of everyone who sees it on a site, a yard or the back of a lorry. We have supplied bulk bags across Ireland since 2009, and printed bags for builders’ merchants, quarries, landscapers and farms.

Printed bags are made in our own factory in India. Your design is printed onto the fabric first, then the bags are made and shipped to Tipperary on our next container. Containers leave every three weeks, so printed bags take 8 to 12 weeks, and the minimum order is one full bale: 650 bags at 80cm, 600 at 85cm and 590 at 89cm.

Every size we stock can be printed: 80, 85, 89 and 90cm one tonne bags, 90 x 90 x 110cm and 100 x 100 x 150cm grain and feed bags, and 100 x 100 x 200cm giant bags. Add a top cover, filling spout or discharge chute, choose tunnel lifts, vented fabric or a liner, and print on two sides or all four.

Questions about printed bags

What is the minimum order for printed bulk bags?

One full bale. That is 650 bags for 80 x 80 x 80cm, 600 bags for 85 x 85 x 84cm and 590 bags for 89 x 89 x 85cm. For other sizes, the bale quantity is confirmed on your quote. One or two bales covers most orders.

How long do printed bags take?

8 to 12 weeks. We ship a container from our factory every three weeks, so the exact time depends on where the next container is when you order.

Where are printed bags made?

In our own factory in India. Your design is printed onto the fabric before the bags are made, then the finished bags are shipped to us in Tipperary and delivered to you.

What artwork do you need?

A PDF, AI, EPS or SVG file is best. A good quality PNG or JPG works too. If all you have is a photo of your sign or van, send it and we will redraw it.

Can you design the print for me?

Yes. Tick “Design it for me” in the bag builder, tell us the words you want, and we will send you a proof to approve.

Can I reorder the same printed bag?

Yes. Once your first order is made, your bag is saved as your own product on the site, so a repeat order goes through the normal checkout.

Can you print on more than one side?

Yes. Printed bags are always printed on two sides, the front and back, or on all four sides.
